Question About Blogging and Web Hosting.

I have just created a new website using iWeb on my apple computer. I finished the site but I need a place to host it. Ideally I would like a host that is free (or under $20) and allows advertising on the site. I am in China right now and Google's blogging site is not an option.

Any advice/help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
