"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Why is it always the guy that's older? I mean, for example if one person is 16 and the other is 23... the 23 year-old is always the guy. How come you don't see girls dating guys 4-7 years younger at this age but guys do?

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Most guys like younger girls. That's just the way it is. The reason you won't see a 23 year old girl with a 16 year old guy is because he has nothing to offer her. He probably can't even drive yet, and he's still a freshman or sophomore in high school, whereas the 23 year old would be finishing up with college (if not already done). Guys like girls that young because they're easy - as long as you drive your own car and can get into "cool" places, their legs open right up. Girls... well, why would a girl want a 16 year old boy when she could have a man of comparable age? :p

By the way, this has been discussed before - try a search next time.

it's the maturity thing. If they can't find a REAL MAN of their own age, they move up. The older the man is, to more together his life is (usually), wich is apperently attractive.

While what men are (generally) looking for is that sweet litle gurl, that blushes everytime he looks at her...... And who is not a total money grabing biaach, like the older chicks.

Oh and I forgot the most important thing. The younger chicks have a tighter ass:D

Works the opposite way when students and teachers are involved... apparently.

I hope you're not seeing 23-year-olds with 16-year-olds, that's statutory rape.
