I was at a club a couple of weeks ago with these two friends (girls). They pretty much begged me to dance with them (I'm not really into dancing in clubs). SO I go out on the dance floor and dance with them (mostly me standing there with them dancing around me, lol). This a$$ clown dude comes up and gets in between me and the girls and holds his arms up in the air and crosses them and says "c0ck block, c0ck block".... and then walks off. What the heck did he mean by this?

In your case, the guy tried to be funny, but since he ran away, he got chicken **** to go through with it...
A true **** block is for example if your talking to a girl, and all of a sudden a guy comes over, grabs her arm and says "Come here, I want to talk to you" pulls her over, and starts dancing with her.. and if you try to say something he replies "Dont worry, i'll give her back in a little bit", then turns around and pretends like your not there.. Even worce, if the girl likes him, she is happy to oblige... Keep in mind, if a guy does that to you, he pretty much displayed his dominence over you...
