Long time since I've been on the site. Want to make a journal documenting where I am where I want to go. Hopefully serve as accountability for me and motivation for others.

Where I Am Today:

Health/Fitness

Today- I am 5'10, 175 lbs, muscular, athletic build, but really am 10 lbs over ideal weight for my frame.

Goal - Get to 165 lbs, a bit leaner. Plenty active, but need to eat much cleaner.

Action step is to eliminate sugar and really don't bring any unhealthy foods into my residence. Play as much tennis as schedule allows and continue lifting weights every other day.

Libido and testosterone are pretty good, but I take Clomid (Clomifene) and some other supplements to get going.

I drink too much caffeine for me (seem to have a sensitivity to it). Makes me anxious and messes with my personality. Goal is to get to 200mg or less daily.

Girl Front:
Unbelievably, at 40 years old, I am currently seeing a 19 year old for the past couple of months, seeing weekly.
Also have two solid prospects. Goal would be to have a three girl rotation.


Career/Finances:
I am probably only at 50% of my potential here. I'm doing well by most standards, but I know I'm leaving a lot on the table. I use my time well generally, but could easily double my productivity. Currently, earning about $250k year, not working a ton of hours. Low stress.

Goal would be to get income to $350k yearly or $7k weekly.

Action Step is to really focus on work without distraction going forward.
