This thing is trash tried to set mine up and I screwed the 2 pieces to the bar that you place on the wood. One of the pieces was lose so I tried to unscrew it with a screw driver on one side didn't work, and the other side which has the nut on it with a wrench which didn't work also. Now the curved L shaped pipe is even looser and I probably stripped it or ruined it. Now I can't find no customer service number or website to this product......



Now what? Anyone else have one any advice? Is it stripped possibly?
