“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I was working on my arms yesturday and i noticed something. I did 3 sets with dumbells (30 pounds dumbells). When I was done I grabed a 15 lbs dumbell and did another set SLOWLY. Even tho I was lifting it with no effort, I felt my muscles expanding.

Does anybody use that as part of their traning.

ALSO (while I got this thread) I've started eating LESS, MORE TIMES A DAY. I Feel tons better. I just eat enough to keep my self from getting hungry. I sugest it to everyone, even tho you might not be working out all the time. Smaller amounts of healthy food, 5-6 times a day, is the way to go.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

The so called "pump" has nothing to do with muscle hypertrophy, as you may have noticed its not permanant and will largly have resided the next day.

I read somewhere that a good pump actually does help a lot since what it means is that theres a lot of blood flowing to the pumped muscle. This means that its getting a lot more nutrients etc than normal.

Ive also read, In the same article, that the reason why you should eat most after you workout is cause thats when youve got the most blood flow to the muscles so thats when they can get the most nutrients.

This is all from that magazine they send with your orders from bodybuilding.com so i guess its credible.

yes that is credible. however, lifting for a mere pump without going to failure isnt going to do **** for you.

Once you hit failure with the max weight your doin for 8 reps or whatever you will want to lower the weight and bust out some more reps to pump the blood through the muscle. i usually do it after my last set for that exercise though.

for instance ill do..

bb curl 40lb x 10 (warmup
bb curl 50lb x 8 (warmup
bb curl 70 lb x 8
bb curl 70lb x 8
bb curl 75lb x 6-8 (whatever i can do, this was just from my last workout) I got 6.

Then ill lower the weight by like 40 percent and jsut pump out reps for the last set to get the blood flowing through nicely.
