“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Hello everyone.
Peculiar situation i find myself in.

Just an overview of a situation I find myself in with my on/off ex. Seeking honest answers or guidance as I am completely lost with this. Massively conflicting behaviour from my ex, not sure what to do.

Day 1 - Split with ex. She broke it off due to some things that were altogether hurtful but extremely true which I vented during argument.

Days 2-15 Became ultimate AFC. Chased, texted constantly, rang incessantly until she blocked my number, took flowers around to house, face booked her family etc. Constantly knocked back.

Day 16 - Decided NC was best option as I was not handling this well. Didn't break it, no contact.

Day 30 - Saw her at local park, whilst taking my children for a day out. Didn't look at her, acknowledge or speak. Completely blanked her

2 hours later get a message stating she wants to 'Clear some things up' so things wouldn't be 'akward' in public. I go round to house 2 hours later and talk, bla, bla, before F closing her

Day 31-35 invite myself around numerous times and she puts out numerous times. She tells me also she still misses and loves me but dosent thing she could ever get back with me after what I said.

Today - Feeling kind of lost as to what to do. I have more plates spinning and even have a date lined up for in 2 weeks.

Can anyone relate to this?? Any idea what her mind is up to??
Just wondering what is going on??

Any feedback much appreciated...

Whoah dude. Just whoah.....
Whatever you do, don't do that!!! Ever again.

Not sure what the rest of your history is here.

You want to get back together with her.....

Obviously she still has some kind of feelings for you. Sounds like you said something that cut deep, which is going to cause some friction, but, if you two get back together, she's going to need to get over it and not bring it up every time you two get into a disagreement.

Right now she's making the decision for you two not to be together. Okay.... don't chase her. Move on like you're doing. Don't invite yourself over any more. If she asks you to come over, don't. Wait until the air is cleared. Give yourself and her some time. It sounds that right now you're both in an emotional tailspin.

Just my 2 cents.

Look dude. Your doing real good. Better than most young guys getting over this ****. Just do not act on your emotions, how you feel will change. You will be ok. Just ride it, dont let it get to you.

your only clinging to the security she made you feel, men only have a hard time getting over this because they feel insecure. its ok you feel insecure, but admit it ti yourself and you will be ok.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

It's too late for you. You already acted AFC. If you had acted like you did not care AT THE BEGINNING you might have had a chance. By acting AFC it shows that she made the right choice in dumping you.

Plus, why would you want to be with someone that dumped you anyway? She obviously has poor judgement.

This is very true and typical of anybody's feelings coming out of a broken relationship.

OP: days 2-15 were unfortunate and hard to put right.
Day 30. That will have looked spiteful and she reacted to that.

IMO the only way forward is to move on. Give up on the relationship and let things calm down. What happens way down the line is out of your hands.

I relate to the emotional roller coaster you described and was in NC for more than a year. My ex recently reconnected with me out of the blue. However, after that length of time I have no feelings for her......and that is why NC works. Guess its like wiping a blackboard.

Stay strong....move on.

Some good advice here guys thanks

I've been thinking as well one argument does not normally end a loving, committed relationship

Said some bad things after a few drinks admittedly, but it was hardly a hanging offence
