“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I've just been sold a protein powder at the gym called Provit 85. This supplement is a mixture of different protein types, and contains; whey protein hydrolysate, egg protein and soy protein isolate. It's the soy isolate content that concerns me. There's a lot of controversy over whether soy's phytoestrogens lead to increased estrogen levels in men and also decreased testosterone levels.

The back of the tub suggests 2-3 scoops per day, each scoop containing approximately 30g of the mix of proteins.

Is this powder suitable for guys? Is the (possible) rise in estrogen levels of any significance at all?

cheers,
-shaun

you'll find lots of pro-veggie types touting it as safe to drink but in reality it's not. soy in that amount is not meant for male consumption. even the vegan bodybuilders I know prefer pea protein over soy. unless you want ***** tits, I would personally throw it out.

(cue a lot of 162lb guys saying "it's fine it's fine")

Right, right, gotcha bud :) Cheers for the answer

When I'm back in the gym on monday I'll ask to swap it with a non-soy containing supplement. Hell, I didn't even read the front of the tub properly - I'll just stick with whey :).

cheers,
-shaun
