"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

So let's say I just had a muscle-buster workout. They say you're supposed to get protein in your system within an hour of the workout. Now let's say you work out mon, wed, fri and your workout was on friday, you took your 60g protein shake after the workout. Are you supposed to also take the same dose on saturday and sunday as well?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Not neccessarily.

Ideally, you want to take a fast acting carb i.e (Waximaize). Before you take your protein shake. This will help shuttle the protein for faster absorption. I would'nt rely on shakes. I would search for more real protein sources like chicken breast, red meat, etc...

Thinking about what 'time' to take it is not really the only thing we should focus on.
Getting enough protein to support your muscle mass and add extra aminos if you want to add more muscle is.
So, yeah, timing is very important, but so is the adequate amount.
So find out what your lean mass body weight is.
Divide that by 5 or 6.
Get sufficient grams of protein per meal per day, whether it's 5 or 6 meals per day.

Its important to maintain body protein.
Otherwise, catabolism robs you of muscle tissue, and you end up pissing away all your muscle fiber.
So maintain your protein intake so that you can keep your muscle mass.
Now about timing...
bascialy, there's research that supports greater lean mass gains in three areas , and actually a fourth of protein consumption.
The first is preworkout.
The second is during your workout.
The third is after your workout
and the other two are before you go to sleep and first thing in the morning.
Theres plenty of scientific evidence that supports proteing consumption at these times which help bodybuilders maintain muscle mass with adequate protein consumption.

you have to remember , your metabolism never stops.
And protein synthesis can continue for several hours after a workout.
Most repairing and growth occur during sleep.
So think about how much protein youre getting, and also the different times of the day to consume it.

I think you're looking at (liquid) protein as if it's some sort of wonder drug, and asking when to take it for best results (I believe you've posted another similar thread before).

The short answer is that it doesn't matter, that extra shot of liquid protein is gonna make NO difference in the long run. What will make a difference is hitting your 1.5-2g of protein (preferably from solid food) day in, day out for MONTHS AND YEARS (not days or weeks) - along with appropriate carbs/fats for your goals. that's what will achieve the growth.

If you remove that 50-60g of extra protein from your diet and just concentrate on getting the rest of your protein in consistently, I promise you'll see NO difference than if you'd kept the whey in. On the other hand, meticulously take your protein pre/during/post whatever and eat like a bird the rest of the time and you won't gain much.

So, take your protein after your workout to cover the caloric/protein needs of your training (and NOT because you need a certain liquid protein solution in the super anabolic 'window of opportunity' - which reminds me of this 'offer must end soon!!!' ads you see in stores - to maximise growth potential or whatever else) and just treat it as an extra meal and do NOT think anymore about it. If you want to gain, add carbs to your protein in an appopriate amount. As long as you're getting in the right amount and type of food the rest of the day, every day, this is ALL you need to do.

I've seen before that the preworkout nutrition is more important.

So basically, in the face of arguments in every which direction, just eat protein when you get around to it.

"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.
