“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I went a little crazy on the abdo board yesterday. I forced myself to do 300 sit ups. I got to 100 and the strain was there, got to 200 and I was screaming, then got to 250 and it seemed to ease off...died from exhaustion at 300.

I woke up this morning and have gained incredible definition just overnight (although I did eat well yesterday).
The downside is that on my abdo board I rubbed a blister. On my arse!
Right in the crack, on the left hand side. It's about the size of my thumb. It burst when I got out of bed.
Holy Sh1t! That Hurt.

I want to do more considering the rate of definition, but my arse says no. Has anyone else experienced blistering and how do you overcome it?

Prolly doesnt do **** if your able to pump out 300 reps without any prior abdominal training.

It's a sit up board at a 45-degree angle.

It's not easy.
Normally I only do 100 on the thing.
Like I said, I went crazy this time.

Don't see the point of doing 100 of anything, let alone 300.. build your abs up and lower your bodyfat to the point where you don't NEED to do anything to have good definition.

Most ab equipment is sh!te anyway.

Actually, reps of 50 are good a couple of days after you train a specific body part. Helps with active recovery. However, that is really advanced training.

Calves can be worked with high reps. Nothing wrong with that at all.

What a waste of time and money.

I'm going to guess you want to achieve that 6-pack. You're not going to get that through "spot" exercise. You can only get that through a proper diet and all around exercise.

Indeed once you reach a bodyfat percentage of your body 5-8%, you might even have a 6-pack, and if you don't that's when situps really shine.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Actually, situps are the worst type of ab exersize you can do for you ab developement.they put too much off a strain on your lower back.

I am not sure what " all around exercise" means. Perhaps cardio work..kinda incomprehendable??

It really depends on how many fat cells the individual has..not necessarily bodyfat percentage.

Perhaps, you could educate yourself further before making ass out of your self. triing to insult and critique others in their posts.

Anything that rubs a BLISTER ON YOUR ASS is not good in my book.

btw, an "abdo board" sounds like a ****ing scam. I have in incline/decline bench that can go on a 45 degree angle, that I can do seated shoulder presses on, incline db presses on, that I can do bench presses on, and that I can do you abdo decline crunches on. Plus it's got this leg extension thing.

Yessir, you got scammed.
