She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

Yes, tell that fat Star wars geek to do the same things. I'm willing to bet all of my life savings which isn't that much that he will not get any girl and will infact repel them.

Even though I personally wouldn't act like that, I didn't cringe but I could tell it wasn't going to go too good for him. Thing is you have to stick in there even when it's not going all that well for you because if you bail at the first sign of trouble you won't get anywhere. What sucks the most is when you stick in there but get blown out anyway. Sometimes that inspires me to go for another set right away. Other times, it totally drains my confidence.
