I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Well in basic terms evolution is that animals and humans (since we are a part of them) evolve corresponding to their surroundings. right ?

so the basic way of prooving evolution to be accurate is to just look at ourselves, first and foremost our skin colour.

this image here shows evolution ;

http://maps.grida.no/go/graphic/skin-colour-map-indigenous-people

it clearly shows that humans developed their skin colour to correspond with the areas wich experiance the warmest and longest light from the sun.

the longer and more intense the sunlight is the darker the skin is. and people start to move away from their areas they will evolve into different skintype.

As for example brittish people moving to Australia , people from england that have lived in australia for generations , have clearly developed a more cream couloured skin then the original white.

isent this proof enough for evolution ?

That was little over 200 years ago mate. Hardly enough time for skin pigmentation to evolve(that's not even how evolution works, but for the purpose of discussion...)

It's more likely that the mixing of european and aboriginal blood in australia would cause some to have darker skin.
