early next year, I'll have things cleared up so that I can return to my invention of devices that do the same thing that guns do (poke holes in things from a distance) but are not guns in the eyes of the law. Before laws can be passed about them, i"ll have sold one each to 2 million of the 10 million ex felons who are not locked up or on parole. 
The Constitution's ex post facto clause means that the laws wont apply to those older devices, so they'll become cherished heirlooms, worth far more than normal guns are to non-felons. that means REALLY high profit margins for me, and they can be sold in the mail, to anyone. No jobber-distribuor, no FFL dealer to take over half of the money from me.
