My friend told me the following:

If you can do 4 sets with 12, 10, 8, and 6 reps respectively, then you are doing 65%, 70%, 75%, and 80% of your max. So, find out what weight you can do and then convert it to your max.

Those charts can be off anywhere from 20-40lbs.
