Project Hollywood along with all the other projects that were started fell apart. What makes Project Sosuave any different?

I'm sure we'd have no problem finding guys to roam around bringing women to a house all day long. The real problem is how to create capital?
If you have 5 gentlemen each spending a modest amount for rent of say $500 per month (this only gets you an efficiency in most cities, anyway) that's 2,500.00. Now, if you're willing to take a property outside of a high demand neighborhood you can actually do something with that. Personally, I say forget renting. You have nothing left at the end of the day. The smart guy will purchase the property and keep the other 4 under control.
With the way I anticipate this community to grow, a guy who got the early jump on this could probably slowly raise rates over time as the house gained credibility.
Why do I say a house? First, there are too many rules in an apartment unless you go for one for right next to a University campus where partying is expected. Second, an apartment near a Uni will go for 800$ a month and still be a total pile with no room, Second, if you expect women to show up you really need to have the intentior redone. I like the idea of a stripper pole (I Belive) Casino mentioned in an older post. An occasional live band would be nice, especially in the summer months. I'd want to make sure we could get a permit for this type of activity before deciding on a neighborhood. Last, unless this is done in St. Louis or Chicago, I am probably unavailable as I have school commitments. I have to register for classes this month. Otherwise, I'd be trying to find a way out of the midwest myself.

I've been thinking about doing this with my friends. I am in Chicago. If someone found a good location from which I can get to and from school and work (unless the business took off and I can replace my income with it) then Id be up for it.

****, $2,500 a month in Arkansas will get you in Chanel Valley, the most coveted place in Little Rock, probably even arkansas outside Bentonville were the Waltons live
My 3 bedroom apartment that I lived in befoe I got my house, again, in west little rock, the better part of the town, was just $689 a month.
I had an apartent in Newport CA for about a year, and even that was just $1400 a month for about the same thing.

I think this would be much more productive then Project Hollywood. Those guys were running competing business' under the same roof.

Yeah defiently. Im diggin the idea of Project SoSuave. Id definetly be up for it. I think it would be a positive atmoshpere, in which we dont bring eachother down like Project HOllywood, but bring eachother UP, instead.
