Note, this tip is only for guys who are really secure and don't have a problem with exchanging histories with a girl. If you think her history is too much to handle or your own history isn't all that great and you don't wanna live through a Chasing Amy-type experiance, save this for another time when you're ready for the worst.
Also, this is an a$$hole thing to do, so a lot of people will consider it unorthodox. If you do, please do me a favor and don't read the rest of this, or comment on it.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The first rule is, never be the one to bring up past relationships, wait for her to do it.
Otherwise, exchanging histories with a girl is the best way to program her to behave the way you want her to. She will ask you about previous relationships, what they were like, why they didn't work out, etc. Girls are very competitive and curious, a great combination. She will want to find out as much about your ex so she can surpass her.
The important thing is to never badmouth your ex, give the girl some pretty watered down reason why things didn't work out. I like to say that we were fighting a lot over little things, and that it was getting to be too much for both of us. Then I'll say "don't get me wrong, she did a lot of sweet things too, I don't want you to think I'm the kind of guy who will badmouth exes, we just weren't compatible and it was best for both of us to move on with our lives".
That's your bait. Most of the time, the girl will fall for it, and inquire about the good things your ex did. This is where you get to have fun. I mean, the sky is the limit here. Cooking dinners, washing your car in a bikini, mowing your lawn in a bikini, buying you stuff, waking you up with a BJ in the morning, etc. Pick one of those, and mention how your other girls never did that for you, so you thought it was a nice gesture and you always remembered it.
The important thing here is to not make the girl feel bad (i.e. if you're gonna say your ex gave you a BJ first thing in the morning to wake you up, don't say it was the best BJ you ever had, just say it was a nice gesture, and that you appreciated it etc).
Another thing is, make sure the current girl can do the task you mention. If your current girl is poor and you mention how your ex always bought you sh!t, you wont accomplish sh!t besides make her feel bad that she can't do the same. Although this whole manipulation thing is a very a$shole thing to do, you don't have to be an a$$hole while doing it, be kind.
A small part of her will feel jealous about the fact you remember this, and will try to replace that memory by doing it as well, or doing something even better. The only downside is, she may mention something about her past ex, so make sure you have a thick skin, and that you don't fall for her game like she's falling for yours.
Peace!
