my gf is always up when i go to bed. when i get up in the morning she has erased everywhere she has been on the net. cookies, temp folders, recently opened docs, i remember hearing of a program that while the computer erases the data, this program keep a log of it. anyone know about this?

I would love to hear about this as well. My friends use my computer while I am out, and they always clear the net history, temp, recent docs etc. I know that you can get hardware that monitors all keystrokes, but who wants to look at pages of keystrokes that describe backspacing to fix typos etc. If anyone knows of software that is really user friendly and track internet usage, that would be better.

Find a keylogger. A spybot installed one in my sister's computer before. Installing one into your own computer should be easy to do. Just google "keylogger".
