Problems whit girls

hy ppl
i have 20 years i`m from Romania..
i don`t write very good englesh but i understand
i have a problem whit girls :|
if i tell you .. last time i have a girlfriend 2 years ago..
i`m afraid to talk to a girl..
i don`t kwon what happend whit me.. but i don`t trust myself.. i belive i`m uglly ..i have some dezavantaje.. i`m a height man 192 cm.. :/ and i`m skyny !!!

what advise you give me ? what to do :|.. sorry if i posted in the rong forum newsbie
