Tough decision, but I feel you did the RIGHT thing.
Talk to your parents about it, but there's not much you can do if your parents don't bother about it.

Your sister is 23. They have no place to go? How old is the dude she's dating, 18 or something? First time I took a girl into a hotel I paid $150 for one night. Don't worry though, maybe the dude's serious about your sis, because if it was me I wouldn't take a girl back to her parents house and do all that stuff there if I wasn't serious about her!~
