Pro-NOS protein shake

Hey everyone, I was at GNC, and I just talked into trying a new protein shake that came out. It's called Pro-NOS and uses a new whey protein technology.

It's probably BS, however I just drank one after working out, and it's the best tasting shake I've tried. It has 42g of protein per shake.

Have any of you heard about Pro-NOS or tried it? Also, any specific recommendations on what whey shakes are the best would be appreciated.

i would stay away from gnc unless you have extra cash to blow. I know a lot of guys that work at gnc. Theres a list of products that supplement companies push them to sell, for each one of those product the gnc guys sells he gets comission. They also don't care how they sell them they'll come up with any bs, my gnc buds do this all the time. So the guy that sold you that new protein is enjoying a little comission because of you and probably laughing with the guy from the next shift about it.

I'm sure the protein is fine though, for future reference get your protein from trueprotein.com or just order ON whey from 1fast400.com

Vitamin Shoppe for a retail outlet. GNC is overpriced.
But preferably go online.

I checked out those sites and d@mnit!! :cuss: I've been scammed, I paid way..too much for this protein shake.

Ah well, lesson learned the hard way. That's the last time I go to GNC.

Ok get this, I just bought a 90 capsule bottle of fish oil supplement for 17 bucks. I was also talked into buying their Gold Card which saved you money. Which I believe is the only way you should buy at GNC or get ripped!

hope your not bragging about that purchase zerix, you can get 300-500 1000mg caps at sams club for 7-8 bucks.

Don't get a gold card either, leave that store alone! They get a comission off the gold cards they sell and the person that sells the most gold cards in a month gets a bonus on top of that. Stay away from gnc, i'm tired of seeing people getting ripped off there.

I come home after purchasing at GNC, and I find this thread, lol, that sucks.. .a lot...

What was the quantity of the shake that you drank?

A lot of GNC's prices are pretty high, but I buy my ON Gold Standard Whey there... its about $2.00 more than if I ordered it online from most retailers that I've looked at, and I get it right away, which works for me. I also buy my fish oil caps there, they are never expensive. I think I paid like $12 for 360 caps last time.

A lot of their stuff is overpriced, but some of it isn't too bad anymore.
