“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I'm VERY interested in how some pro athletes workout(mostly NFL players). Examples include: Adrian Peterson, LT, Shawn Merrimam, Reggie Bush, Kobe Bryant, etc. I've tried looking on youtube for some videos but i'm finding zilch. Does anybody know where I can find some information and videos?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Men's health magazine is a pretty good source for this. They'll often have workout plans from professional athletes.

I know off the top of my head that A-Rod always works out at 6AM. And Johnny Damon does his running/jogging up steep hills and mountains.

Most of those programs are made up.

@TS why do you wanna know? Every pro athlete trains differently, because every pro athlete IS different. Think weaknesses, muscle imbalances etc. Your best bet would be to find some well-known trainers that train pro athletes and ask them.

I'd go with the MMA workouts, more cut and less bulk. Plus the MMA body looks better than a NFL's body in my opinion.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

Thanks for those videos. Notice the heavyweight fighters are the ones lifting weights, even light amounts and high reps. The lighter guys are doing mostly everything but traditional weights.

I tried to look up what bj penn does as a workout, since he kicked Sherk's ass. I found this video:
http://www.mmascraps.com/2008/05/bj-penn-trains-for-his-upcoming-fight.html

It's just running through mountains at high altitude and mat time. In the second video, you can see that those mats are wet with sweat. They roll a lot.

GSP kicked Penn's ass. He does lift a few weights.

Im thinking most here just wanna look good

NFL players and MMA fighters train for what they get paid to do. Speed, strength, endurance etc

I dont really care how fast I run the 40 meter dash. I just wanna look good at the beach .

Bud_2005: Pro athlete's work outs are specialized and tailored for their sport, their abilities and the results *they* want to achieve. Unless you're a clone of one, you shouldn't be trying to use their workout.

For instance, most heavy weights in MMA lift a lot. That doesn't mean that lifting a lot is necessarily the way to go for everyone. Fedor hasn't lifted iron in years, he just does bodyweight and still beats up on people.

If you're a beginner, you should do a basic workout that works for beginners. Once you're past the beginner stage, then you move on. Suddenly jumping on some random pro's workout isn't going to help achieve the best results you can.

Also, you gotta figure what your goal is. NBA players and NFL players have completely different goals when they train, and you wanna know how they all work out. The question is, what do you want to achieve?
