All economies are interrelated. It's not like the U.S. economy can just POOF and not affect everybody else.

Plenty of countries depend on Americans buying their crap, they'd be hit just as hard if Americans suddenly lost their purchasing power.

Besides, if the dollar were to suddenly vanish, something would have to take it's place. The BRICs are trying to come up with something, but it's a ways off.

Ten years or so.

I expect the IMF to somehow sneak their way in and slowly replace the dollar with some global currency. At least I'm sure that's what all the banksters are pushing for.

As it stands now, if the dollar collapses, the banksters will have to eat a lot of debt. Inflation is horrible for creditors.

That's why I think the dollar will be replaced by a global currency.

Then they can manipulate at will, and enslave the world.

At the very least, the days of a reserve currency belonging to a single country are over.
