I figure this is something alot of us would be interested in.. Pre date warm up, you to get a nice muscle pump, posture correct, etc.

I have been doing those hindu bombs backbreaker suggested before a date. They really pump my shoulders, abs, and chest, and back up..

Add some suggestions so we can all make us of a common knowledge to get some puntang.

Why not just work out and eat well all the time? Wouldn't you rather have a more permanent "pump"?

no, you misunderstood...this is for before you go on a date (you should already be exercising regularly)
