A little tip I discovered that works for me.

If you are a bit nervous about going to meet someone on a date for the first time, plan to go for a jog or some other form of light exercise about 2 hours before you are supposed to meet.

Reasons

a) The exercise will burn up a lot of the nervous enery that you are feeling but which will prove to be a liability - burn it out of your system so that you can be more relaxed.

b) The endorphin high will put you in a good mood for at least a few hours which means that you will almost certainly be the confident / happy / dynamic guy you want to project yourself as.

About 30 - 45 minutes of light puffing should do. Don't overdo it or you'll be too tired and f..ked to be any fun to be with.

Sorry, have to disagree with you on this one.

I know this topic has been discussed before.

Spanking the monkey doesn't key you the long lasting slow release "glow" that will help you succeed.

Try it and tell me if I'm wrong.
