Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

The substance of who you show yourself to be is indeed #1. But we're all here to be better with women. I'm lookin for resources that are practical. Like focused on action/actually doin stuff.

I'm lookin for things like:
  • Frameworks to understand where you're at in an interaction
  • Systems/Methods
  • Books
  • etc

Self improvement kind of of stuff??? Can you be more specific?

A few book and workbooks I can think of that might be what your after in that regard:
-Psycho Cybernetics Dr. Maxwell Maltz: for self worth/image. Has exercises and reflections throughout

-No More Mr. Nice guy, Dr. Robert Glover: for understanding your own needs, I think every modern man needs to read this book.

Exercises found here as well at the end of each chapter

-How to win friends and influence people, Dale Carnegie: Social skills and worrying less. A classic

-Ten Days to Self-Esteem: Burns M.D: Workbook for Cognitive Behavior therapy: littered with cbt exercises and journaling, self directed.
(highly recommend)

-Blink: The Power of Thinking Without Thinking by Malcolm Gladwell: Broad understanding of psychology and dynamics

-The Courage to be Disliked by Ichiro Kishimi, Fumitake Koga: self-forgiveness, self-care, and mind decluttering

This is solid, thanks. In the OP, I was focusin on stuff about game.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.
