reading this new book where the author recommends doing as following:
Let's say you are doing bicep curls......you take 10 seconds to lift up and 10 seconds to put down. That's 20 seconds.....you do six reps.....so that's 2 minutes.....and you are done with biceps for the day. You do this for all your muscle groups and basically, it's an half hour workout. You do this once a week and that's it. Sounds too good to be true, but I don't wanna judge it until I give it a try for a month.
