"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

You know, us humans are extremely amazing. Just the fact that we are living and how we have the ability to think and reason as we do. Every person has the potential to accomplish anything they set there mind to. Though, we have two obstacles, SOCIETY and OURSELF. Society binds us in the basic trap of the typical Joe. Wake up, go to work, etc. The same routine everyday, hell, you could do that in your sleep. You see, everyday is a new day for adventure, everday. Just a while ago, I was listening to music on my porch and I saw a empty farmland and mountains and everything. I have seen them every morning of my life. Never had it crossed my mind, why I am I just sitting here looking at it, God gave me everything necessary to explore and climb that mountain. The only thing that held me back was my LAZYINESS, and the fact that no one has probably ever gone up there, thinking "What a waste of my time." OK a$$hole, you can play your video games, I'm going to explore. Next day me and my friend went on an all day adventure, my penis never felt bigger. We soon went on to ask our "friend" how his video game went. You see, this applies to girls in the very same way. Not only, girls, LIFE. This is our LIFE. I hate to see how people throw it away, getting terrible habbits. You see "We are the sum of our habits." It is so true, these habits are what bind us in our daily routines, habits are the roots of our fears, we are scared to break out of our shell to discover our true potential. So next time you see that HB10, that mountain, that star up there. Nothing is stopping you, this is what we live for. Stand up, walk outside, and discover your Potential.

Thanks for your time. :D

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
