Potential plate with logistical problems and other stuff

So I have been talking to this HB through text. She is a family friends daughter and I have known her since little but we see each other once a year(ish). 



She got my number from my sister and she initiated texting about half a year ago. I had a breakup going and I wasn't that interested in her back then. 

But recently the conversations have gone pretty flirty and and have had sexual tension going (thank you ****y&funny) We have been talking about how we should meet up and get drunk. She said that she is good to party with etc. This HB lives about thirty minutes away.


 I arranged that she would come to my place with some alcoholic beverages next weekend, but because my parents and my sister cancelled their trip (Yes i live with my parents) we wouldn't have privacy. So my plan went wrong. Plan was to get a bit drunk have fun and escalate towards secs. She lives with her parents too but she said they will not be home from June to August (she talked about how we could party in that time) and I dont know when my parents will be out of town next time. 


So here are some questions 

1.How I will play this logistically? I mean also how to hit her up if I am able to take her to my place. And how not to be wrapped around her little finger. I mean that she can hit me up anytime she wants for "partying" if her place is free.


2.How can I keep her interested? ( I try to not text her too much. Sometimes I take days to respond and and stop responding to her if it gets boring and hit her up after several weeks.)

3. I dont want to end up as an orbiter (any tips how to avoid?) I have a FWB thing going on and I am about to approach a few girls when get a chance so this is not my only option, I just want try out different girls.
