"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

favorite one... let's see.. I talk to too many women to remember that much so I will go with one of the more recent ones. this is assuming women somewhat approaching me doesn't count
about every other morning I go to the horse track to among other things, eat breakfast at a place clocker's corner at Santa Anita Park to eat breakfast and watch the horses in the morning train. Can't beat it. Anyway, one of the all time hidden gems of women are female exercise riders. I know a couple off the top of my head that are models for magazines, some are just plain hot. To be an exercise rider you have to be under a certain weight.. usually 120, and to ride a horse you have to be pretty athletic.
So about a month ago, I noticed this one in particular. Just noticed. I mean.. she isn't going anywhere anytime soon.. I know where she works... and I'm there enough. I wasn't in a hurry to do anything. but it was something about her (ass, legs) that just did it for me. So about a week later, I catch her glancing at me as I look up from my newspaper and quickly turning back... Right then I know what's up... but again.. I'm in no hurry.. the thrill is in the chase. So we play this "eye contact" game for a good 2 weeks until I can tell she just can't take it anymore (there's a high point for everything, and you have to know when to stop).. she became more blatant and letting me catch her looking at me, and I the same. Then one day I catch her and she just brakes out this giggle/smile.. I knew it was time for me to approach her right then.. however I couldn't because she was kinda on the track and I wasn't. So I motioned for her to come to see me. She yells "I Can't now, I'm working!"...Then she mouths to me to "wait".
So she comes over just cheesing.. and guys...bad isn't the world. I thought she was nice looking with all that jockey equipment on. She took her helment off and her chest protector off and had a body (and face) to kill for. Yet she seemed so down to earth.
It was like we knew each other. She sits down, introduces herself, I introduce myself. She says "so why do you keep looking at me", while she is smilling, and I say "the same reason you are looking at me and smilling".. so she says 'why is that?". I said "because you are attractive". So she says "So you think I think you are cute (smiling), I said "well I was hoping for hunk or hot, but I guess cute will do".. she says "you are handsome"... we make small talk for about 5 minutes, then I say " look babe, I have to get ready to go, and I am sure you do too, so let's exchange numbers and I'll come and pick you up tonight".. her "(blushing) what are we doing?", me "you'll see (I didn't know yet), dress comfortably and pick up the phone when I call"
we ended up going bowling... and she beat me
... twice.. something I'm not proud of. She made it up to me later that night however. We've been seeing each other for the last 3 weeks or so now.
