To Gain Muscle and loose 0 fat? When Working Out 3 Hours A DAy? 5 or 6 days a week?

Lose 0 fat when working out 3 hours a day is not possible,after a hour or so no matter how much food you have in you,your body will turn to itself(fat and muscle) for energy.

exceed your caloric expenditure sufficiently (beyond energy needs & what's needed to build and repair muscle) and you'll start putting on bodyfat... it's certainly possible.

why don't you want to lose fat?
