“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I think I'm a hard gainer...

I work very very hard to gain muscle. I research way to much. I'm constantly reading this forum, T-nation, stronglifts.com and Iron addicts.

I train at a powerlifting gym. Best place in the world to train BTW, everyone watches your form and makes sure you're doing everything right. I've modified Warboss Alex's routine so know-one knows I'm bodybuilding because it's so similar to a powerlifting routine. I put everything into my lifts and I'm 100% focused.

I'm a slow-twitch muscle fiber type of a guy.

Squat 120Kgs
Bench 85Kgs
Deadlift 160Kgs

My squat is bad because I'm battling lordosis(bent spine) stronglifts.com has good info for helping me with this and I'm going OK.

My diet is really good, I had been on the anabolic diet for a few months awhile ago. While I really like the diet, it's not the best for bulking. So I've researched carb cycling on IronAddicts(very similar). High fat diets have been the answer, my body shuts down if I eat carbs from anything but fruit and veg. Carbs give me acne, make me constipated and give me a stomachache. But I still wasn't gaining until I started eating 12 eggs a day as well.

I take a multi- vit/min, vit C, Calcium, liver tablets, fish oil and zinc.

I over-train so easily it's a joke. It's like I'm always just on the edge of over-training. If I do anything wrong I get sick. I have tonsillitis as I type because I went for a bike ride with my mates the day after I trained legs.
I was constantly sick on and off for months until I gave up MMA.
I never get drunk anymore because I know I'll get sick.
But none of this happens unless I'm lifting big.

I have made slow progress though. I have been lifting for 2 years but I have only found my formula in the last 6months. I'd say I've gained 10kg's of weight(mostly muscle, I've lost my 6pack though) which I'm very happy with. My friends can definitely notice and ask me for tips.

So I'm trying to organize a trip to Thailand at the end of this year for a couple of months. An MMA training holiday....
And you can buy steroids over the counter their....
It's so hard not to think about roids when my friends just fly past me and they don't even know what there doing.
I've been researching roids on T-nation and about getting them in Thailand.

My goal is not to look like a bodybuilder. I just want to be muscular and train MMA. I just get small and weak if I train MMA alone. When I'm on the bottom in a fight I used to feel crushed, not so much anymore.

I'm 20

Are steroids the answer? Is there any really good reason that I shouldn't take them? Am I ready?

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Bro, steroids are not the "answer".
Steroids are somethig you take for life.
Becasue once you stop, you DROP.
It is all gone.
Because the body's protein synthesis rate goeas way down, and your test levels are so down, you are a female with a d!ck.

Don't do them, man.
You'll do some minor damage, and with your immune system low as it is, any strees or depression you get now or in the future could be potentially life threatening.
Remember, Stress is the catalyst for most diseases.
Steroids accelerate the level and potential for develping these common diseases you hear about, diabetes, liver failure, kidney failure, high blood pressure, strokes, high cholesterol, impotence, infertility, the list goes on.

You would be taking a huge chance.

You have got to realzie that if you look to appease your vanity, you will be hooked on steroids for life!
becaue when you see yourself shringking, and your mental image of yourself is changed negatively, you will dope up again to regain your image of yourself.
A deadly narcissistic cycle..a death trap.

Professionals, the Elite guys, are the ones who even without roids, have genetics that would put them in the top brackets ANYWAY.
In addition, although they are NOT immune to the ill effects, have the genetics that actually minimize damage to themselves. In that, their DNA has few killer cells that will evolve into a cancer or diabetes, etc.
That's why you see some guys who even though they roid up and cycle, simply do NOT have as much damage as Joe Hardgainer.
Plus, you know that these guys are useing their earnings for actual professional help from actual Doctors and pharmacologists.
Why do you think they want to win so badly???
They wantthe money to pay for the roids and professional help!

Don't do it, man.

Keep you health AND your money, and peace of mind.

Save up and buy good quality supplements and stick to the programs.

Good luck.

I can understand, I've been working out, but feel like the MMA is stopping my gains. I can't break above 160lbs. I don't want to stop MMA because I want to learn how to fight, so I guess I'm just living with it for now.

@ wolf,

Dude please give it second thought before you take steroids.

I know 3 people now who have taken them.

-A grown man who is now known for touching minors and divorced due to inability to stop lifting and give his wife the time of day. He never really acheived a physique that couldn't have been reached sans steroids.

He lifted during the 'Golden Age' of steroids, before everyone knew they were unhealthy. He competed but never won anything.

-Another friend who was 18 when he took them broke down and tried to start a fight in front of my old high school in front of EVERYONE during a rally. By the way,he just looks like fat and muscle, nothing special.

(he never ate right)

-Another guy from high school who I kinda laugh at now because he just looks a decent size, nothing I'd be proud of.

I heard him telling my lifting partner, 'It's time to lose weight,no eating.'
Wow that's not how you lose bodyfat.

None of them had the basics down.

Thanks man

I just think it's sh!t that everyone tells you you can be anything you want if you try hard enough. But the harder I try, the more effort I put in, the more money I spend....
Well I just get sick, very sore and get injuries.

I used to get bashed as a kid. I was a skinny, scared and acne ridden nerd.

I have come so far. God gave me sh!t to work with, but now I'm a better fighter, more athletic, and stronger than most guys my age.

But it seems that I'll never be what I want. All my mates could have it so easy but they don't want it bad enough. I have one friend who's scared to do weights with me because he gets to big for football.

If I did start doing roids, I'd only do them once or twice a year on holidays to Thailand.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

@Blinkwatt, but it's different with me because I know some stuff. I've found what works for me without. I do have my basics down.

I've got the exact same problem. I'm doing MMA now but that plus conditioning work makes it very hard to put on any muscle, and it's hard to recover from weight training workouts if you're doing burpees and stuff the very next day. You have to pick one or the other I guess.
I have picked one, powerlifting. I quit MMA ages ago. But It doesn't matter which one I do I still have the same over-training problem.
Whatever I do I do it 100%
When I was only doing MMA I would train every day except Sunday.
By Sunday I was so bruised an sore I slept all day with painkillers.
Every time my coach wanted to train me for a fight I'd get sick and weak.

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

I'm gonna ask you something,it's your choice to answer or not.

Do you have the physique you want? Yes or no?

If you don't,and you CAN'T honestly say to yourself your on the right track then you don't YOUR BASICS.

How many people do you know with the physique you want? Have you consulted them? Have you copied there workouts and eating habits?

What does your physique look like as of today?
Please do not turn to 'I'm a hard gainer'.

No, but I'm not way off. All I want is to be able to train hardcore MMA and keep my muscle. I'm not trying to be a bodybuilder.
Yes I have consulted them. What do they do? They sure don't do alot of weights. They're MMA fighters, They're big, ripped and lean and they were born that way.

Actually all I want is not to get sick every time I train to hard.

What do you eat prior to working out? How close are you eating prior to working out? Are you drinking a liquid while working out?

- 1 or 2 apples before
- protein powder with Gatorade powder and oat milk while and after working out
- 15 min walk home and make dinner.

Like I said before I can build muscle. It's just keeping it when training MMA. And I always over train

Dude try dropping the milk. I noticed that drinking milk 1-2 hours prior to lifting kinda of bogged me down.

I'm just feeling sorry for myself because I'm sick. I guess it's like that old saying, The only way to eat an elephant is a little bit at a time.
