If you want the benefits of pomegranates, eat a pomegranate, don't drink the juice... The juice is loaded with sugars and stuff, so the down sides of it outweigh the benefits.
buy a few and blend them up with a few ice cubes, a banana, and a little water.

Yeah, blending them up is a good idea. I wouldn't suggest eating it though... unless someone else already prepared it. 
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
