when a girl gets engaged (for whatever reason, worried about being single in her 30s so goes for the safe thing, invested so much to walk away) really that's the time to forget about trying to game her.. that's very different than her just having a bf. i'm not asking 'how' or 'what to do' to get her.. it's more my thinking or understanding of the mindset she goes through when she's engaged.
i like this girl, i knew she had a bf only cos i saw her with a guy in the supermarket after i picked her up.. we chat on whatsapp every day but i sensed i've quite clearly fallen into the friendzone and orbiter status.. i tried to convince myself i was just doing the same to her cos i liked the attention and stopped me feeling needy and desperate with the other numbers i collect so i dont care so much about them, but now i know this is not doing me any good cos i'm dedicating too much time to being her orbiter/friendzone tryna convince myself otherwise.
i'm going to reduce my contact significantly (a reason i dont want to NC is that she works for a very good firm i want to work for and when i apply for their program next year i would like her to be as an employee reference to help me through the interview stages) realistically though.. if a girl gets engaged, there's nothing a guy can do to get her i.e. sleep with her? unless they have a big argument or a better guy comes along? (seems crazy but i guess that's possible)
