Dude, I have same isssue, cept I dont send 100 msgs. In fact, I rarely initiate Any. The ones who will initiate contact are awful to decent to semi-hot. It seems that if One complains or idk, I really don't know wtf is going on, but, I'll get a flurry or splash of messages and views, then, all of a sudden, an abrupt stop! this has happened over the years of being on okc or pof. Either it's a seasonal thing, or it's an admin who is restricting my account based on false claim by a psycho-b!tch. I tend to think it's all software-related, that yes, in fact, someone IS fvcking with my account. How can I go from flurry to cold-stop in both views and messages? This happens more blatantly on okc though. I still get sputters of views/msgs on pof, but ever since I "offended" one on okc, it's be dead-stop to views/msgs, whereas before, it was more busy than pof. Something ain't right on there. I guess it requires you to make another account to get the chains off of you, again and again and again.

Yeah, online dating has changed for the worse recently. Couple years ago I could line several dates up per week without batting an eyelash. Texting no less than 4-5 decent looking women at any given time.

For about the last year or two.. same profile, same tactics.. now leaves me totally empty handed for the most part.

Managed a date with a real cute one tonight who "couldn't wait" to meet up a few days ago. As expected, an hour before we're to meet, the excuses come rolling in. Didn't even bother with the "You can make it up to me" followup. Fvck it. Game doesn't phase these girls anymore when they're hearing it 10x a day.

I think the golden days of online dating are behind us

Ive been on POF for about 6 months now and kind of measuring strike rate -- I'd say its like 1 in 3 or 4.

Listen - POF is free (women could be in a serious / semi serious relationship and still have a profile up or for any other fvking reason be chekcing their account once a moonlight..)

Women are truly scared of online dating - I have read it a lot.. but have seen women on first dates when Ive met them through dating sites - very cold and slow. I usually try to get warm and fuzzy via texts/ talking to them at length before meeting them

I do agree - the quality of women though is average to low. I have a date lined up with a gorgeous atty - hope that doesnt turn out into one of those last minute excuses...

Ya the problem is now there are way too many guys on their fawning over their asses and saying stupid s.hit.

years ago you could send 5 messages and get at least 1 date.

Now it takes 50. (at least thats how it was in my region)

The girl I'm seeing now was once signed up on POF.... all of 24 hrs...the flood of messages, nice, mean and everything else
was so overwhelming to her she cancelled her account immediately.

Dressing sharp and going out to places where women are.

F*ck POF. They should call it POC's.

Personally, I can pick up women about 1-2 points hotter in real life than online (7-8 range vs 5-6 range).

In a big city like Miami, OP dont bother. TOOOOOO much competition. The guys on dating sites VASTLY outnumber the women, esp in bigger cities. I live in a small suburban city, and tested out the numbers back when I was on OLD. Did the same search I do for women....same age, location...but did a male search to see what I was up against.

Depending on radius it will be 2 guys for every woman. And this is me in a small town. When I increase radius, or did a search near the more populated areas, this easily became 3 or 4 men for every girl.

Just stick to real life bro. Unless you are super good looking, or have a great body, online dating is a huuuuuge numbers game. Moreso than real life.
