New to this site. Joined POF recently......and like most people you get to the point where your like 'how can I be different'.
Well luckily for you all these average frustrated POF users have laid the ground work and Ive spent a bit of time coming up with a tried and tested opener of my own. I have had about 80% reply rates using this with great responses. Let me know your thoughts.
Firstly how do I go about being different sending this one email of I’m sure tons that your getting?
Do I go the majority kind of guy – ‘Hey, how are you?’ (Because it’s the best they can come up with)
Or the Flattery guy – ‘Wow you look gorgeous in your photos’ (Secretly hoping they get more than ‘Thanks’ as a reply….if any)
How about the were so alike guy – ‘Oh my god we have so much in common’ (start reeling off a list of interests hoping to provoke a conversation)
Theres always, the sleazy guy – ‘Ive asked santa to put you on my xmas list and to leave you under my tree wrapped in nothing but a bow.
’ (So they can dream of the day the girl turns around and is like ‘oh my god where have you been all my life?’)
The negative guy – ‘If I were you theres one photo Id delete!’ (Thinking that by some miracle you will reply as if he has helped you out and suddenly you will be interested in him)
Cant forget the funny guy – ‘Have you got all your teeth?’ (which on POF lets face could also be a serious question haha)
Bet you can relate to a few of these cant you? lol x
Been sending this to hot girls like 7 pluses only. Responses have been like:
'Haha that made me laugh! Its so true. How are you? x' (we have been texting since)
'Haha Did you google that?' (Cheeky cow I replied sayin 'Wow i use a bit of creativity and this is where it gets me........thanks lol. x') I now have her number
'So to be different you have listed all the different boring messages I recieve on a daily basis' (I replied 'Well im guessing not one of those boring messages got a response though did they.......I did, so can that be 1-0 to me?')
She then replied 'Haha very true! yes its 1-0 to you x' (Were chatting at the moment)
By using these boring messages and putting a spin on them it now works....Cheers to all the boring guys haha!
So guys feel free to give this a go. Response rate is amazing. No bad replies or anything. Let me know how you get on.
