"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Howdy folks,

Today I want to talk to you about having a Positive Mental Attitude; a PMA (wow I sound like a jlaix newsletter right now). Since the day I got into this community, I've been working on creating a PMA. At first, I was not really aware of it. A lot of advice I have read is about what frames you need to have. "Don't be needy", "no scarcity mentality", "have open body language", "smile" or "don't excuse yourself". All these 'tips' are NATURAL results of having a PMA.

This sounds logical of course and I remember reading this a while back in the game. I logically understood this and I knew it was true. It took me a long time though, to deeply understand it. To "get it".

Through reading the Seven Habits (Stephen R. Covey) and Keys To Success (Napoleon Hill), I have been able to make this PMA really strong. Combining this with a lot of social interaction (holiday, sarging, new year at college, parties) I have been able to really build a deeply rooted PMA. Here are the steps I made to get this attitude:

1. For the first part it was basically "fake it 'til you make it". The examples I gave above, of not being needy or having open body language for instance; were things that I enforced through my behavior. Deep inside I was not comfortable; but I acted it. I did not say things that communicated neediness and I kept open body language; which at that point for me was not relaxed body language. Right now it is, because I got rid of some society blockers (that told me I can not take so much space up). This part was basically for the first 4 months.

2. After this I confirmed my suspicion (I gave myself permission to believe something) and REALLY realized that all of the teachings I had heard before were just behavior patterns that are results of having a positive mental attitude. I think I realized this when I started to get more into direct game (see Badboy, Shark). Direct game is mostly about inner game, but I won't get into that right now. So after realizing this, I started consciously enforcing a PMA. I constantly reframed negative thoughts into positive ones.

3. After doing this for a while, the first conscious thought that comes up is a positive one and negative thoughts will rarely occur. If they do occur, again, you learn to automatically reframe them.

4. Now this conscious enforcement is paying off. It's transferring into my subconsciousness. This means that negative thoughts will be wiped out at the root. It will simply not occur. This is going to rescript my whole brain and it will help me on certain problem areas like, for me, women.

Earlier on I mentioned that I have proof of this. I have proof that this is no longer just a conscious process, but is becoming subconscious as well. Lately, my dreams have been a lot different. They're no longer vague fantasies. I am envisioning success on all aspects of my life. I subconsciously see myself as a successful man.

Of course, it's dreams, so sometimes I do have fantasies slipping in there. I vaguely remember something with aggressive orca's, from last night. In every dream though, I achieve something, I am successful. In a normal, or in a fantastical way (last night I caught two orca's on one thin blue rope).

Maybe to you this sounds like "so what? This is supposed to be proof?", but to me this is proof. These dreams give me a significantly different feeling from my old dreams and I personally can notice and feel the difference. It's hard to explain subconscious things, because I have to do it through conscious thoughts.

So lets not dwell on the 'proof' for too long, but filter out the information that you can use instead. You can achieve what you want to achieve. Put your mind to it.

I used to hear that and be indifferent towards it. Too many people have said that. The phrases are turning into cliche's. A shame, but NOW I truly believe those things and so should you, because if it's true for me, it's true for anyone. There's so much evidence of what mind power can achieve. Read the books I mentioned before. If you want examples; there's a lot in Keys To Success first. If you want a clear structure about how to better your life; read the Seven Habits first. You should really have read both of them, though.

It's worth your money.

I know that's what David DeAngelo says about his DYD eBook as well, but these books are A LOT better. Plus I actually have no commercial interest in you reading these books.

So yeah, spend that money. I think both books together would cost about $35.-; I'd pay double for them (as a poor student!). There's invaluable advice in there. Great life lessons.

If you really can't afford it, or want to spend your money on other things; then do it! The internet is a great tool; meaning a lot of information is available to you, for free. So you might actually not even have to read this book to get all the information that's in it. Or you could borrow them from someone - maybe your library has 'em.

I remember that at some point I felt that I would not be complete without taking a Badboy workshop. This is NOT the feeling I want to give you and be aware that a feeling like that is a NEGATIVE mental attitude! The power is within you!! Not within your money and not within a product!!

Whether you read (or buy) them or not, focus your thoughts on POSITIVITY ONLY and start developing that positive mental attitude today!

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
