I am not a very touchy person, but I do think this hurts me in my realtions with the opposite sex. When flirting I always try to give plenty of eye contact and have open gentures. But much of the time her gentures are closed. So this leads me to the question. Should I only make the first move if their open? Perhaps touching would intitially startle her but eventually loosen her up and think of you in a different way because women respond well to touch. I always try to find some socially appropriate way to touch a girl to let her know I interested without stepping out of bounds. This is a tricky area and any advice would be appreciated.

Kino is touching (kinesthetics) another person. In terms of a set, it's best to not give sexual kino until you have IOIs (indications of interest) and attraction (and trust and rapport), unless you are using playful kino. Giving sexual kino is something that should be done to seduce in isolation in a hookup location.
