Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Yes. Water helps you stay energized. Try to drink at least 2 litres per day. Take a bottle to school and sip it throughout the day.

Try eating a good breakfast. Eggs and sausage work well. Try giving yourself a protein boost when you feel tired. Maybe a bit of jerky or a snack. It'll give you energy that lasts, instead of the sugar up-down. If anything, try to get at least 7 hours of sleep. Studies show that if you get any less for an extended period of time, say a few days, your mental capacity becomes stunted. Get your sleep, you'll feel and perform better.

You could possibly have a sleeping disorder. I had the same problem, being tired pretty much all the time. I got a study done, and it turns out I have narcolepsy. Do you snore at all at night and or sleep on your back? Snoring can lead to sleep apnea. If you get a good nights rest, and still feel really tired in the morning, maybe get it checked out by a doctor.
