Please Help Me I'm Out Of Ideas

Okay so here's my deal I've been in the same class with this chick(Lets call her Nikki) for the last 2 years for about the first 1 and a half i didn't feel any attraction to her, of course this is partly due to the fact that I had thought she was out of my league and what not but as most of us DJs know there's no such thing as outa of your league.So over that past few months I've allowed this attration to grow and now it's sort of outa my control. She's very loving and affectionate to me and calls me just about every night of the week. I don't call her back very often because there's simply no reason. I have another girl but her only purpose is to keep my mind off of Nikki.So last weekend I was hanging out with Nikki and she decides to tell me who sje's been hooking up with, her situation is a bit complicated ask me for details and I'll tell you all of it but for now lets just say it's REALLY complicated I've decided that I can't keep putting this off and I'm not going to allow myself to be taking these baby step, however I am a bit lost as to how I should approach this, and moving on is not something I want to be seriously considering. Here's been my basic strategy I've never paid her too much attention my compliments have been rare but unique and have definatly impacted her day she seems to think I'm much smarter than her, which is true depending on how you look at it and she's always running her hands thrrough my hair but the problem is tha I want her but am afraid to risk failing because well frankly i don't know why but I really want to succeed and this b***h is the only one that makes me feel this way and I'm begining to hate her guts for it.SHE GOT INSIDE MY HEAD!!!...so please guys help me get this chick, what I need to do is to make her feel an attration bet since I just made this account 5 minute prior to typing this I don't know what others have suggested....HELP ME!!!

The fact that you're stressing out so much about this girl makes it a no win situation. Sure, if you succeed at first you might hit it off but you're going to be so head over heels that she won't even see you as a challenge. If you're going to make the move, be slick about it and don't act like it's a big deal. The minute she reads your neediness for her, is going to be the end of you. If she's calling you to talk about her guy problems, then don't even talk to her. She's testing you whenever she brings up a guy and you respond. If you respond to helping her out with it, she's put you under the catogorey of an emotional tampon. If she sees you don't have time to talk about that, then she puts you under the catogorey of a possibility. In other words, if you're helping her out with her guy problems already, then she already sees you as an AFC who she can use.

I'm not at all I've got that aspect totally uncontrol however all I can seem to do is hide my neediness, moving forward is whats got me stumped.
