Senior Don Juan
Hey all, I want to get back into working out (mainly for the hiking/camping I do often, and also because I plan to pick up surfing and possibly Aikido) to gain a little weight, but really to strengthen up my core and endurance for my usual activities. Being in college, money isn't infinite, and now that I have a kitchen this year I'm wondering if anyone could give me any specific pointers on getting a diet down that's relatively inexpensive. I can buy in bulk if that would be better too, but I just wanted to know if there were some specifics that could help me maintain costs other than just "meat and veggies", etc. I'm also wondering on average how much do you all spend a day.
If it's important info on me:
5' 9"
130-135 LBS (always goes up and down)
Very low body fat (I'd say somewhere from 7-12%, haven't measured in a while)
Thanks again for all you're help, and again, while I do plan on bulking some in the beginning, my goal isn't to get too big as I kind of like my body build for climbing and all, it's very convenient to be able to shimmy up a mountain lodged in between two boulders.
