“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Hey guys, I finally made a choice to take up swimming and martial arts. My life is too boring.

Any recommendations?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Me too. The gym is getting monotonous so I'm looking to get into MMA or Boxing.

I have a pool and man does it come in handy in these thousand degree summers here in Central Florida!

Evolution, I highly HIGHLY recommend that you take up Martial Art training.
And continue it as part of your lifestyle into your life.

If I were to recommend a system I would recommend Jeet Kune Do.
JKD is at its heart, a both philosophical method of viewing Life and a Self Perfection and Self Preservation themed system.
It is rooted in Taoism. Therefore, it is practical and applicable, yet stimulates and challenges one intellectually as well.

Look through some of this stuff to be better informed:

Feel free to ask me any martial art related questions, Evo.

Fvck yeah! mma is the fastest growing sport in the country for a reason. It just kicks ass. Every form of fighting has a weakness - in boxing it is being taken down, they teach you to follow through on punches in a way that exposes you to a takedown or worse, giving up your back.

I have been training mma just an hour and a half two nights a week, (soon to be 4 nights) and I am getting in shape rapidly. You work muscles that lifting weights does not, and the cardio is intense. I know a guy who lost 100 pounds in the past year, down to 320 from 420.

Do it - you'll love mma.

Right well, in regards to MMA, I'm a cage fighter, and in terms of praciticality, you need to take both a standing art (boxing/Thai/kickboxing), and a ground art (wrestling/BJJ).

I used to swim for county (sorry if I seem like I'm bragging), and well basically, make sure your strokes are sound, and then concentrate on doing lengths.
