Well I got my ass handed to me by my dad today (I kind of deserved it), which gave me a rude awakening that I'm still a boy rather than a man and to further my independence I would have to be independent and move out soon. What are your experiences moving out and what do you to plan for in advance to make sure there's a smooth transition?
Some background about me:
1. Third year in college, I live with my parents since my college does not have a dorm. School fees are paid for by them.
2. I have no income at the moment.
3. In my country (Singapore), its relatively unheard of people living alone, people tend to live with their parents until they get married and have their own family.
