plan birthday party for girl and her friends

i met few new people at volunteer event ,this girl mentioned her birthday coming in 2 weeks and want to plan
she wanted karoakie but not sure on which place
I took lead and said will find online two good places and also a place to eat near them

if you guys planned birthday party with multiple locations what else can go with karoake birthday party ?
like sometime to eat first and then go karoake ,dance and then food or drink or other fun activity for 5 to 8 people ?

if any of you guys good at social circle u might be more into hosting planning multiple nearby activities for fun ,what could go together for Sat evening like 8pm-1am

This is what I would do over here. I'd buy 5 kilos of good meat, marinate it, buy charcoal, drinks, veggies, and go somewhere near water, cook the meat, drink some alcohol, make a salad.
