Long story short, I was with a girl for a little over 3 years. Things were going really well, and i could see us getting married someday (we never even had a fight for the first 2 years). Well, it all fell apart in the last few months of the relationship, and I broke up with her. She started getting weird, cause a lot of our friends were getting married, and she changed a lot. So, we decided to take some time off and see other people. of course once i started seeing other girls she flipped out, and wanted to start working on things. So we started "dating" again, and things started to get better. about 3 months in to this, i felt like we could get back together, and see where things went for round 2. So i asked her out again, and she was still confused and shlt, and didnt know what she wanted. So I started seeing other girls again. of course this pissed her off, really bad, but i wasnt getting anywhere with her, so thats my only other option. Finally, one weekend she decided that we needed to get together and talk through things, so i agreed. Saturday she was supposed to meet up with me so she came over and hung out for a few hours, and ended up taking a nap on my couch and we didnt talk about anything. So she said she was going to meet up with me later that night, and we could figure shlt out. Well, that didnt happen, so she called me and said that she would come over sunday night. So i messaged her at like 9:30 and got nothing. She finally messaged me at 10:30, and said she was leaving her friends house, and was on her way. That was the last time i heard from her till 9am the next morning. When she called, i told her it was over, and that i was moving on. I put a box of stuff she gave me (pictures, letters, etc) on her doorstep, and didnt look back. she was upset to an extent, but i didnt care. So come to find out the reason she didnt come over those nights was because she met a new dude! all 5'9" and 235 lbs of him. I talked to her a few times that week, and come to find out hes a lawyer, and lives 3 hours away in another state. Figure that one out. Yeah, im 6'2" and 205 lbs, and work out 5 days a week, but im no lawyer. So, I ask her "what attracts you more to him than me?", she says, "its not a physical thing, its just that were on the same page, with our careers and all". Yeah, ok. Shes a college graduate, im not.
Anyway, so that was the last time i talked to her and that was about 2 weeks ago. I have a bet going with a female friend of mine, that started on November 30th, the bet stipulates, that if i dont call her, text her, message her, or anything for 1 month, she will come crawling back. I said she wont. She might someday, i give it a year though. What do you guys think?
I still love the girl, its just too bad that she got all fu(ked up in the head all of a sudden. Things were great for years. especially the sex, well the sex was great, and when the sex went downhill, the relationship went downhill.
Oh, and btw, 1 week after she met this guy, she calls me and says she fell out of love with me, and is with him now. THEY WERE OFFICIAL AFTER 1 WEEK, and they only hang out during the weekends because of the distance thing. My friend that made the bet with me may be on to something, because hes a rebound guy, but then i think about it and the guy before me she was with for 2 years, and i came along 1 month after they broke up. We were offical after 9 days. Of course the relationship before me was pretty abusive, and she said it was mostly a physical relationship. She wasnt in love with him. So i dont know. Im dating 4 girls right now though, so i dont really care, but winning that bet should be good times. What do you guys think
