Hey guys

I have ANOTHER, health related training question, which I am hoping to get a doctors opinion on soon. In the meantime though, it would be great if anyone else could share any know-how on the topic :)

Basically, I am having pins and needles sensations after a heavy workout, or straight after a heavy set. I have only been back into the weights for the last month but I notice when I really push myself on the heavy weights, after I finish the set I feel a pins and needs sensation in my arms and a little in my hands.

I really only notice it when I do upright shoulder press. My inkling is that it could be a circulation problem, but I am just wondering if it is a common theme from lifting 'heavy'.

Thanks in advance

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

Just read my free ebook 22 Rules for Massive Success With Women and do the opposite of what I recommend.

This will quickly drive all women away from you.

And you will be able to relax and to live your life in peace and quiet.

No this isn't very common unless you're using so much weight that it's affecting the circulation in your arms and hands.

What do you mean by "heavy"?

When I say heavy, I mean pushing myself hard to failure on low rep range. Heavy is obviously subjective, but I mean heavy for me.

For example, my heavy sets last night on the 1 arm dumbell press were 3 x 27 1/2 kg per arm.

Thanks
