I use a clay mask and put it on the affected areas before going to bed. The next morning, it will have pulled even the deep pimples to the service and really takes the red away leaving them not as noticable. The only thing is you have to put a dab of lotion on it after that since it will have dried it up a little.

Also, for what it's worth, I've noticed the really spicy things can irriate the skin and cause it to look even more broken-out. Things like cyanne, lots of pepper, and tabasco sauce. (yeah, I had to break the habit of drinking that stuff)

Being a guy who loves hot stuff (both in food and babes), it was tough. I'm not sure if this has anything directly to do with zits or it may just be the extra blochiness/rash like stuff adds to the pizza face already there.

Your 17 brutha... you may think you already have... but... you are still maturing and goind through puberty.. you will not stop the pimples... just chill and continue looking after your skin.. in a couple of years.. your skin will look great!
