Pimple on penis shaft - do I mention it?

I have a girl coming over soon and I just noticed this morning I have this small red pimple/papule on my shaft. I'm not really concerned about it as I get these every couple of months - they're painless and go away in a few days. The internet says these are not uncommon as pimples can show up on many parts of the body, particularly oily areas (such as the genitals).

It doesn't look horrific or anything but not sure if she'd notice it or not...should I mention it straight up or just continue and only bring it up if she says anything? I'm kind of inexperienced with this kind of thing, not gonna lie.

If it's got a white center, it could be molluscum contagiosum. "Molluscum" means pearl. It's a common pox virus. The white part will pop out like a zit, look like a pearl, and it is the white stuff that is contagious, even to yourself. Razors will spread it around badly. Most people with molluscum sores think they have a pimple or infected hair follicle.
