ABSOLUTELY.
In fact, if you don't have your outer physical appearance perfected (it is a part of the GAME even before you start talking to her), you WILL FAIL to get her to respond with interest.
To maximize your chances when meeting a woman as a stranger, make sure:
* You are clean cut and smell great (invest in some good cologne, I recently tried on Versace EROS, it was amazing).
* You have a pair of amazing shoes on that speaks volumes (yes, it does)
* Make sure your entire outfit MATCHES in color coordination
* Make sure your entire outfit FITS you like a snake shedding its skin and shows your hard work in being fit (if not fit, don't even try - go work out some more)
* When in doubt, always dress up a bit more than the environment you are in
* Each time you see the same woman, make sure you dress in a whole different style so she can see how diverse you can be. If she didn't like the way your style is the first time meeting, you have a better chance hitting her interest the second time looking totally different. (if your first date was coffee date, take her on a second date a bit more formal so you can dress up and let her drool over you).
* Make sure your eyes are clear and not blood shot or tired, non-verbal eye contact is very essential part of making a connection with a woman, and your breathe is fresh and clean.
* Make the most out of your hair, if you have good hair - put some styling product in it to make it look more modern and fashionable (gel, mouse, whatever). A GOOD haircut versus an AVERAGE haircut makes a huge difference, take the time to HUNT out a good hairdresser who can cut YOUR hair (it is like a match made in heaven when you do).
