Go out and buy a big tub of cell tech. And while you're at it get some Nitro Tech too. From what I hear those Meso Tech bars are pretty damn good as well. You know what? They should just sell the entire Muscletech line as a Kit. Get all of their products in one box for one crazy price. Damn I need to hurry up and get my marketing degree. I'm gonna be rich! Oh yeah!

Now seriously kid. Don't buy any Cell-Tech product. And I'm not just saying this because everyone in the weight lifting world hates them.... I'm saying this because it really is CRAP. 70g of sugar? You've gotta be kidding me. If you really gotta buy a Muscletech product I'd go for the nitro-tech protein powder. I used one tub of it and I can honestly say that it isn't bad at all.

As for creatine. Phosaphagen HP is a good one. Anything with CREAPURE on it. I personally use (currently) SANS V12. No bloating, no loading and it pumps you up like no other. But once again it's expensive and I happen to be a man of expensive taste.

You know what. Get a tub of HIGHER POWER creatine from bodybuilding.com. Great creatine and cheap as all fukkk. And I'm being serious here. If you've never used creatine before don't go straight to the V12.

If you go with one of those creatine and glucose type mixtures - and that's all they are really, then AST HSC Delivery sytem is best. I would just stick with regular creatine. Much cheaper.

Most of the suppliment Co's out there obtain their suppliments from the same Labs (or what ever you want to call them). They then repackage them and add what ever to thier mix.

I buy from well known co's like EAS because I'm leary about the quantity in of what's claimed to be in the cheaper product. But then again, how do you really know?

(I never have tried any Cell Tech products. I find thier 6 page advertisements disguised as an articles in muscle mags, offensive).

i have used both when in used the cell tech my stomach was upset from all the sugar in it. phosphagen hp is a good one i mixed it with some betagen and the shake mix. made a mega type shake. it worked. now i started taking the new phosphagen xt but ughhh tastes nasty. would not recomend it to anyone.. stick to the hp

Just go out and buy some micronized creatine by prolab or ast for a much cheaper price.

If you turn out to be a creatine non responder I'd suggest some Swole or V12.

swole is nice, but more pricey than `normal` creatine monohydrate. What you should do is give mono a go, and if you're a non responder than pick V12 or swole
