Phone numbers

So this girl gives me her phone number, but she says no when I call her and ask her out. She didnt hesitate when she gave me the phone number so I dont think she was forced into it. So I m wondering what getting a number actually means. I always thought that getting the number means she is interested in you. But I have almost never failed in getting a girl's number and I m starting to think that girls will give it to u even if shes not interested. So post ur thoughts guys.

Yes your last observation is true.

If you dont demonstrate enough value or achieve enough rapport durring your sarge with her, she most likely will flake.

Many times girls just give you their number to stop pestering them and go away. Newbies think that a number = Succes....but that couldnt be more distant from the actual truth.

when they actually have sumthing to do, dont they try to reschedule? or is it still the guys job to call her up again. It would be pretty screwed up if she expected us to call again...

If your gonna ask a girl for her number or if she gives it to you.. It's best not to call her right away. Call her a few days so she will think you have a life.

Also, you should ask the first date when your face to face... When you can.

AND don't ask a girl out on the internet, chatting, anything where you can't see her reaction. It helps you know if she's really interested in you.

Don't worry about it. If she doesn't want to go out with you, toss the number. If you were smart, you have a few more numbers in your pocket to run through.
